How do you find the properties?
Our deal finder (Erik Carey) is focused on finding the deals. We are strict about our criteria.
How do we vet the properties?
We look at economics, demographics and supply and demand. Then we start to further analyze the property specific factors and performance further during the due diligence period.
What else do we invest in?
To date, just multifamily real estate. We are open to other asset classes as long as we find good, experienced partners to be onboard.
